the levels show that its balanced - you can bring your own and it will still be balanced. the reason is the ground base is tilted one way and the house is leaning the opposite way.

Good try, but no. It's not anything super mysterious, but it's not what you're saying either. I'm assuming you haven't actually visited the place. The problem with your theory is that the phenomenon is not limited to the inside of the shack. It occurs from roughly the parking area up to and past the house. The use of a carpenter's level shoots down your theory as well. At any rate, there are several possible explanations for the area, none of them very mysterious! Google it.
