I'm not sure, but I think both John and Graham are desperately trying to stiffle a laughter at 1:40. Graham is, like iamthedeus typed, definitely trying to supress a smile after the "burma" exclamation... And I'm certain John is smiling at 4:27, but that could be scripted (for obvious Pythonic reasons).

Filming regulations were less strict in those days. You'll often see actors stifling smirks in older comedies. They wouldn't get away with it now.
