I don't understand which one is better?? The Ka-50 or the Ka-52. I know the 50 version has one seat while the 52 version is 2 seat version. Any difference is technology??

but 52 has disadvantages compared with Ka-50:
- it's slower and heavier
- less maneuverability
- less beautiful looking

+ ka-52 is designed as commanders chopper and has better electronic systems.
overall.. this chopper has the best "hardware", but very obsolete electronic warfare systmes.

skeptics and possible buyers of the kamov ka-50 agrees that the multi-functioning and performing hightech radar, extreme maneuverability, and wide variety of weapon choice will be too overwhelming for 1 pilot, that's why they R building one w/ 2 pilots. I think Turkey or Isreal, one of them rejected that kamov fr this purpose and chose the Italian Mangusta A129.
