I thought the Milton's bread was the only nationally found bread that didn't have anything bad in it. I am mostly off bread now, but I recall that Milton's was natural and hadn't any additives, preservatives, added sugar, etc.

Im from Canada and said to myself, that's the US (them), surely our healthy looking 'whole wheat' grocery store bread would not have fructose, nah, they wouldnt do that, right, I went to the kitchen...
