As a songwriter who also composes by ear, I can assure you that it is entirely possible. Sometimes when a song comes, it just comes, and the majority of the time "writing" it is playing it enough times until it is memorized. The left hand is a fairly simple pattern, so the hardest part is coming up with the melody. She obviously has a great gift to be able to hear such a beautiful melody.

She is not born with a gift....she growed up with alot of love from her mum(saw her in an interview)...hard to explain, but everyone is born equal, its just a matter of how you raise a kid to get that sort of potentials.

I've course people are born with talents. This little girl has a gift. You aren't born as a blank slate. Everyone has a personality at birth. You can be a horrible singer with the world's most loving parent's. It doesn't matter. Some people are just better than others at certain things. It has little to do with how you were raised.
