In this case, a simple stopping to think, "Wait a second...these are an awful lot of organs to show up in just one bag! I am feeling suspicious!" could have been very helpful. And, certainly, if not, there would have been nothing to lose. Think about it.

Exactly. Obviously, to some of us, a killer is at large. This wasn't just a simple donation. Like someone is going to open their fridge and go, "Hey...I've got nearly 100 kidneys in here. I guess I'll donate them them to a hospital." Unless it was one of those English Kidney Pie Shops, but then the bag would have said that, and it didn't! I wonder how long this mystery will go unsolved before the Police Inspector sees this. Better make up a big bowl of popcorn as this may be a long wait.
