I don't see why everyone is so annoyed at Armstrong; Ullrich didn't crash so why should have Armstrong have waited? Ullrich waited because Armstrong crashed, and then Armstrong simply attacked when the race positions were the same prior to the crash. By the way Armstrong has never taken performance-enhancing drugs for those of you who claim he has. He was a great cyclist and overall great athlete.

So what?? Everybody has been tested numerous of times! But they have never stroked that hard on dirty cyclists before as now, it started seriously last year. I have read the book " Lance to Landis and his autobiography but im still sure that Lance Armstrong was blood packing (or at least in his last tour victorys he was) in my opinion the proof is there from the 99 tour, but can not use it because they told the riders in advance it would come of know effect.

This is a mountain stage so a lot of riders choose not to wear helmets because they're not riding very fast, although in almost all stages of the race you will see the riders with helmets.
