Well, just because you have a degree doesnt necessarily mean you know how to run the economy. Bush has various degrees but people dont think of him as an intellect. The first is that those portions of our debt occurred while Democrats held the majority of the seats in Congress, the Senate, and the House, and they never say where the money went.
