Then, Sidney Crosby does an after game interview. The funny thing is, during this interview, the arena announcer calls him out for the second star of the game... the stupid reporter made him miss his spotlight!

He did indeed get hit. He got hit in the teeth. There was a black mark on his mouthpiece from the tape on the hockey stick. Get over yourself. If you really want, I will find in the recording I made where the announcers are discussing this and upload it, just to make you feel better.

I agree that the whole thing was blown way out of proportion. It was just a penalty, who really cares? But shouldn't an announcer rectify their mistake? I mean, so they don't mislead people to hate Sidney Crosby like you obviously do for no reason at all?

Good for Sid! I'm glad he proved them wrong. I'm also glad the announcer had the honour to apologize to Sid on air. Crosby is an honest player and the fact that so many of the leagues players respect him proves it. Don't hate him just because he isn't on YOUR team! BTW, i'm a Leafs fan but I can recognize a good player when I see one.
