This movie freaked me out when i was just a little kid. i can stand horrormovies perfectly, i just don't get scared of them. Except this one, everytime i watch this movie i got goosebumps everywhere. it's just because pennywise is so darn creepy.

Exactly right! The movie is a comedy in my opinion. even though they didn't want it to be a comedy. I'm sorry, but I laughed my head off through the entire film! The deaths were so funny in the movie and it was nothing like the book. The book is amazing though and I liked it 100 times more than the movie. The book makes you feel like you are one of the people in it and you are in that situation. In the book it's all of your worst fears come true.

Yeah, they leave out a lot of details in the movie, and the book is WAY scarier. It gets in your head. If you've seen the movie, the plot is the same just most of the scarier details are left out. It makes you feel like you're in the book when you read it, unlike the movie. The movie doesn't even compare really in terms of frightening.
