hardly, i highly doubt its gonna be an anime, its barely gonna make it to NA as a game for PS2, if at all. Yet alone an anime. But i agree it would make for one hell of an anime.

I got this rare psx game at the pawn shop for 10 bucks. I immediately fell in love with the character stahn. He seemed kinda cute and stupid.

I bought and played the game back in 98. Great game and Stahn in a very likeable character, though the story can be kinda depressing later on. Also the game, well as far as the PSx version is concerned is not full of Anime cut scenes at all. The intro is most of it iirc. I kept hoping the real sequel to this game would get released in the U.S. but it never came..

I love this game! It's the best one (despite the fact that the developers screwed up on the numbering system of Helraios, and threw me off for years)! And is it just me, or does this movie look more like the original, just fast-forwarded? After watching the original's lower frame rate, it really just looks fast-forwarded.

Love this game very much. This is no doubt the best Tales-of game I've ever played. The opening song Yume de aru youni is also awesome! Really cool graphics and characters for the remake.

Me too! :) I just bought the Director's Cut Premium Box and can't wait to play this. I'm going to play the English PS1-version firth though, because it makes understanding the Japanese version alot easier. ^^;; Yay yay yay :) Tales games are the best. :D

No, they ported ToD2, and some people suspect that, since they also ported Rebirth, they'll do this eventually. This game is completely different from the original PSX game, though. The story is rewritten a bit, and the battle system is greatly enhanced.
