That should be "Dude, you are stupid" or "Dude, you're stupid". If you intend to call someone else "stupid", then you ought to be grammatically correct lest *you* appear to be the stupid one.
I suffer no problems with understanding, so I have no need to read a book of fiction that appeals only to the terminally credulous. Please don't bother to bore me with circular arguments to the effect that "it's true 'cos the Bible says so."

For your sake, please believe in the one and only true God, Jesus Christ and he will forgive you and call you his son. He has prepaired a place for you far greater then anything on earth and it is yours if you just have faith and believe. "God sent not his son into the world to condem the world but, that the world thru him might be saved." God loved you so much that he GAVE his ONLY son and ANYONE that believes in him WILL be saved. There is more to this life then living and dieing. :)

good for you. im not a christian but half my family are and a couple of my friends. Nobody should be picked on because they are religious. people who bully them are pathetic. it just means that they have nothing better to do with their sad lonely lives. Whoe, there!! Where did all the religious commentary come from?! It's a song, for Goodness sake! And not a very good version of the original. The lyrics have been changed to become a soft love song for Charlotte. Not the original Irish song at all! It's supposed to be about an old drunkard who wishes he could be back in his old home town to die, but can't find his way back, and will die alone. Now, let's get back on track, people!!!

Thanks for the support, mbilauca. I don't like traditional songs that have been commercialized. Having said that - for all you Church fans - I do enjoy a lot of her music. And while she is her own sweet self here, the song is just wrong.

Speaking of commercialized songs, if you watch the ClassicFm channel on Sky, it is full of commercial remakes of classic songs like charlotte's remake of this song. They are all lovely girls with beautiful voices and sad eyes, hair in the wind or boys with shirts half open, all that romantic atmosphere and heavenly light...pure kitsch, it sickens me.
