Dear Beardy below, excuise my ignorance as i didnt mean to offend anyone but as you have started this petti exchange i feel i should point out to you that i already knew that pool table pockets were larger than snooker table pockets as the balls are different sizes anyway, but my observation is still the same in anycase, you are making the distinction between snooker and pool which I have not made, the pockets are oversized on this table, and as for calling me names i can only ass you lo davis

its a much jarder game, the balls are heavier, smaller and the table is 12 foot by 6 foot........ such a hard game..... im a bit of a pool shark but id be lucky to score a break of 10 in snooker never mind a 147.. these guys put in 8 hours a day practice for years b4 they reach this standard, steve davis actually plays pool in the states, do a search for him. fantastic player......
