Yes they do this every day in Bangkok, only difference is there are thousands of people doing the same thing (NOT JUST FOUR DICKHEADS) and there are sexy little hotties riding on back of the bikes (sidesaddle), LEGS AND PUSSY EVERYWHERE.

i can bullshit. They are not restricted. Ive seen em on the freeway in the slow lane doing 45-50 mpg but even if they were restricted to 30mph you can still get in trouble for speeding. what if your in a 20 or 25 zone?

If it's doing 45mph it's not a moped. A moped is a bike with a design speed of no more than 50km/h (31mph. Yes you can get busted for speeding in a 20 zone but who does 20mph in 20mph zones anyway? Generally London city centre is 30mph if not all of it is 30mph thus you can not get done for speeding.

what are you talking about? mopeds go about 45-50mph derestriced and with a power pipe they can get about 60mph.

If it goes faster than 30mph it isn't a moped and becomes a motorcycle. Would love to see a 50cc with a power pipe do 60mph. 60mph clock speed, maybe, real speed, it would only hit about 50mph. Know what you are talking about before you post.
