CHARACTERS:ARMAAN RIDDHIMA ATUL ANJALI SAPNA
STORY:Dill Mill Gayye is a show aimed at the urban educated youth. Set in the backdrop of a hospital it deals with the pressures, the drama, the romance, the inter personal relationships and humour in the lives of young doctors. Keeping the environment of a hospital in mind, the characters of the show are real, their issues are believable and the approach is dramatic, but never unreal, albeit emotional and fun filled.
Hence, our protagonist Riddhima is a 21-year-old intern with dreams and aspirations of becoming a top class doctor. Like any other youngster of today, she has spunk and the spirit to have fun. What sets her apart is her ability to ride through the roughest storms relying on the honesty and integri
ty, which has been a part of her upbringing. Riddhimma has all the ingredients of being a competent yet compassionate doctor and her faith never falters when following the right path be it a complex medical case or a real life situation.
Also, alongside Riddhima we have some other young characters,
representing the wide and varied lifestyles in India. The spitfire, focused and at times selfish Anjali, the rich, charming and laid-back lover boy Armaan, the anxious to please very Gujrati and a middle class girl Sapna and the always sweet appealing to all girls is Atul.
These 4 along with Riddh
ima will take us through the various ups- and downs of todays focused yet fun filled youth.

Scene 2: Father (F): Where did Muskaan go? *Guests coming n saying balle balle (form of greeting/dance) Mother (M): Our daughter doesn't remember anything! *More balle balle* M: What did u tell her? Bring the son-in-law..she forgot! Rahul (R): Aunt n Uncle? Hello! F: How r u? Ur father misses

M: We're fine. We're here for Amit's wedding. His parents are from Ludhiana. But we're also here to meet our daughter, Muskaan's boyfriend.
R: Boyfriend? Who?
M: Chadda saab (referring to her husband), wats the name of the boy?
Muskaan (Musk): What r u guys talking abt? I've bin searching for u guys! Come!
M: I was just telling Rahul..
Musk: Oh forget it!
R: Muskaan, Let her speak!
Musk: There's time for this later. We came for the wedding. Lets go!
M: he's from our neighborhood! Why did u speak to him like that?! Why didn't u let me tell him? He must've felt bad!
Musk: That's why! If he had found out u were here to meet Armaan, he'd have felt bad because our relationship didn't fall through (Side note: Musk was going to have an arranged marriage with Rahul but didn't)
Musk: no no! Its ok! If that happens then Armaan will feel bad! Just do one thing, don't mention Armaan's name in front of Rahul! (Side note: Musk wants to hide this cuz Armaan isn't really her bf n she doesn't want Rahul 2 kno cuz then her parentz will find out she's lying n will then marry her off 2 sum1 else cuz they want her to get married!)
