one thing about deism, is it is vastly more comlicated and therefore unlikely than the idea that god "is" the universe. Having a deist god would add levels of complexity, the world and god, while pantheism just has god, which is less complex and therefore slightly more likely

Can you prove or disprove the existence of pink unicorns or dragons? While I think it's intellectually honest to admit you don't know if there's a god or not, it's reasonable not to believe in something if there's no evidence for it. You can still be agnostic with atheist leanings and be intellectually honest.
