My theory on this clip is that the actual "3.2million dollar" sum is actually code. If you can remeber back when Michael and Walt leave on the boat, Ben gives him a heading to follow. This heading is, 3.25. What does this have to do with that? okay here it is... 3,200,000.
count the zeroes. 5 zeroes make the number code for 3.25. Ben knows the outsiders know the heading to reach the island.He also says he has "one week" to deliver. This is bens time frame until the outsiders arrive I beleive.

Yeah i figured there had to be more than just a flat some of money .. What made me think this was Mile's urgency in the matter of talking to Ben. Also, when ben ask's why not 3.4, or 3.5 million, Miles is firm about it.
