through understanding bringing vison and leaving ego and credit out of the equation all together. 2 more very important points to make.. If there's need for a war, then our insight of humanity has failed us. And if military is our greatest strength, then we've lost sight of our main goal, which is to master ourselves and the universe in the hopes to cheat death instead of bringing death.

Jajaja... First of all, this rules are listed in the Japanese model of leadership since the post WWII times, this fucker wouldn't know what leadership means even if it bites him in the ass. If he was a "leader" how come he was "misslead" in 2003?. What an idiot.

If this were a test of leadership, Obama would score 100%
The US missed a great opportunity to have Colin Powell as its President. Great leaders make mistakes too, but they have the courage to admit it. Powell unfortunately had to rely on lies and wrong information relentlessly thrust on him by his President, to endorse the war on Iraq. While the rest of the administration pigheadedly refuses to acknowledge their blunder, Powell alone has the guts to admit that this was a blot on his career.
