It is an act. Those girls were really singing, though. That wasn't a recording. They are a choir that threw the puppet act in the mix.

While similar, I can definitely hear the difference, though. Besides, look at how many puppets there are. (There are eight.) Now at 1:10 when they are all out there for the audience to see when being judged, why are there 13 (one appears to be a child)?
If they're not operating a puppet, what are they back there for? The more people you add to a choir, the more common the sound. Think "Nessun Dorma" during the chorus. They all sound the same despite concert location around the world.

I don't know, I don't want to be stubborn about it. I can't really make out the difference though, but I definitly think twice know seeing how there's so much ppl at the end, they must be singing hmm..well in that case they've done really well, seeing how I can not make out the difference..:-)

Well, I'll tell you this, little girl. You are clearly no older than a teenager. This can be safely assumed by the way you are speaking to me coupled along with the information which can be viewed on your profile which suggests your age category. You claim to be in a movie which was made exactly 15 years ago! The actors in that film were all in their late teens and early 20's at the time the film was shot. That means you'd have to be at LEAST around thirty five years old or older today!

The only other explanation for you having been in this film is if you played one of the common street children as an "extra" in which case you were not there when the cast recorded their music performances. This would make you no more knowledge about this performance than any other commoner.
