I don't understand why Disney doesn't restore the "Feature Presentation" logo on DVD's. Since since most of the Disney DVD's have the Disney Fastplay, I thought they could put it before the film starts since it would start without the touch of the remote.

You were seeing things! There are no copies of the 2001 "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" VHS (or DVD) with the 1992 WDHV logo, because it was released in late 2001! Also, ASACAPRA has that tape, and it has the 2001 WDHE logo, not the 1992 WDHV!

It appears that when that your version is a prototype print from October 2, 2001, which must've resulted as a video editing error, and then October 9, 2001, they replaced the WDHV logo with the WDHE logo, then October 16, 2001, they cut the format logo off.

I think I can answer the statement of tscastro114. The reason they don't put the Feature Presentation Logo on Disney DVD's is because that once commercials end, then they take you to the menu of the DVD and then it allows to do whatever. Also, I did not know that this video had the WDGC logo had the 1992 WDHV jingle in it. It's the first time I saw that.

Wow, the image quality on this VHS version of Alice in Wonderland looks terrific compared to the 1990 VHS version that I have. And they even brought back the original RKO Radio Pictures logo made just for Alice in Wonderland, yay. In the 1990 VHS, they made a cheap attempt to hide the original RKO Radio Pictures symbol for this movie while the music was playing.

It's also preserved on the 2000 DVD release. Keep in mind that back in the first decade or two about video, there were hardly any restoration systems.
