Im 110% sure that it wont be some kind of lens. Im pretty sure Microsoft wouldnt risc putting a electronic device on someones eye. If there would come a spark or something blindness could also happen. I'd say if it would be a optical device it would be something like a pair of glasses plugged in to a box.

Lol whoever posted this is a complete idiot.. The Xbox 720 will not have "Vision Control" due to the high number of risks Microsoft will be taking. It will most likely have increased FPS, graphics, Maybe a built in Blue Ray player, more options with the Marketplace..Oh and they have said that they are releasing Halo 4 after the creation of the Xbox 720.
