Iowa residents have been striped of their 4 amendment rights as the Police & Military still make up reasons why people in Iowa cannot return home. They arrest anyone who questions their authority. They admit they are making it up as they go along. This shows you that you have no freedom and no rights. Anyone who thinks this is ok is sheep and needs to wake up. There needs to be a process.
