Too bad this didn't score as a single in the USA. I don't remember hearing Sewing the Seeds of Love that much, either. It's a shame, because some of these songs are better than Songs from the Big Chair.

Love the band, Love the song but I suspect they were influenced by what The Style Council had been recording from 85-88. Roland is even dressing a bit like Mick and Paul were, check out the hat. Now go watch "Life At A Top Peoples Health Farm" or listen to "In Love For The First Time".

Hey Newspaperdude. The "skipping" you hear is actually a 16th note on the kick drum with the crash cymbals being muted on the first 16th note. I agree it feels weird, but nice interpretation/accent to the intro.
