This is Owen at the splash park with his walker. Almost 18 months old. Went around 2 1/2 times. This video just shows him walking. At one point I try to get Kate to show me the "thumbs up" she gave to Owen a few minutes earlier. It was so cute, but of course off camera. Also, I have to rescue Owen when he walked directly under a water fall. He lets go of the walker with both hands to cover his face and falls. But I show his silly sputtering after. He loves it.
