Lots of countries drive on the left, but this is definitely the UK. I live there. Note 'Royal Mail' and the registration plates are in a UK format 'FJ03 UWP' On the van. FJ - Forest and the Fens, Nottingham, UK. 03 - Vehicle registered in 2003. UWP - 3 random generated letters.
