Its not the same move every time, the start or end with a inside or toe. But everything else in between has variations to it. Think of it like skareboarding where are variations you do with a kickflip. Sure you always land on the board and that looks the same, but there is a difference in what goes on in between the movements.

Who is this we? You do realize there is a US Footbag Champion every year in Portland? Not to mention countless Footbag tournaments. The problem is Hackysack is a trademark, and do not want to be affiliated as a sport rather than a casual pastime.
