Milk and blood youre an idiot. thats is Solid snake at Big Boss Grave. Kojima already confirmed it in an interview, you just have to look for it. He even said that he put many references to MGS3 in there to see if he could confuse people into thinking that he is Big Boss. but then he also said that saluting scene at the grave, is supposed to represent the end of MGS3 and the MGS triliogy. an now the start of MGS4.(it was supposed to be a trilogy).

As for that cqc stance. CQC is an actual adaptation of a real millitary style taught to all soldiers. Big Boss invented it with the Joy(the Boss). Solid Snake especially new cqc. Except that in MGS1 and 2, that gameplay mechanic wasn't thought of yet. They brought it back because it was a successful gameplay mechanic.All soldiers in the field know it, just in the earlier MGs, the combat was much more simple. You could say that through Big Boss,CQC was passed down to all soldiers preceding him.
