KANK is a well made, well acted film for mature viewers. Yes, the subject matter wouldn't be to everyones taste but affairs do happen and this highlighted how/why they do and explored relationships and love. I think it was adequately and sensitively handled and questioned if it is worth staying in relationships without mutual love and respect or whether you should move on at the risk of everything in your life and hurting those you care about. Better than churning out the same old storylines.

I think that inspite of marrying him she couldn't learn to love him. Something was missing from their love. (possibly she needed breathing space and somewhere everything was about what rishi wanted not what maya wanted).
