Yes you don't quite understand Darwin's theory. What you do understand is how counter intuitive and illogical his theory is. Your own intuition is in direct contrast to Darwin's theory so congratulations to you. (Yeah I think Darwin got it wrong [not the evolution part just the how and the why of it])

If Euclidian geometry was too restrictive to explain nature, why is fractal geometry so surely a perfect explaination? Maybe our geometric explainations of nature are a fractal and we just need to keep going through theory after theory and after an infinite number of theories, we'll find one that perfectly explains nature.

Hell YEAH... You are right on the money! Nothing ever stays "exactly" the same. We all know that we are all aging all the time, as R the trees aging, even the mountains are crumbling. And every time we look at something and want to describe it, we explain it from that minds momentary view. But in 10, 100 or 1000 years that description of the item is not an accurate representation anymore in the current time.

Open your mind. We don't have all the answers that is why we are free to question. Ignorance is a lack of tolerance for the questioning of held beliefs. Move on and look for answers elsewhere but do not cloud the "collective" mindset of positive and fortright individuals in their quest for a collective purpose in uniting humanity. the idea that random and minute changes to DNA will result in a characteristic that will help an organism survive is a real unlikely course considering what big chages taht could take place instead - like brown wings rather than white may help a moth that lives on bark- y not it get something useless which is more probable. people with genetic DEFECTS is another story,they WILL be retarted etc but one with predisposing genes will be effected by signals outside the cells and not only the genes

so, if the appropriate environment isnt around the cells for it to begin translation of the appropriate genes then it doesnt really matter too much what genetic predisposition is as long as the environment doesnt act as a signal to change the bahavour/protien synthesise of the cells.
