For me the Meaning of Life depends on where I am and what I happen to be doing. When I was a kid it was all about getting good grades and pleasing my parents. Now it's more about being the best person that I can be and respecting other people's human dignity. If I was ever in a plane crash, my Meaning of Life would be all about survival, shelter, and rescue.

Hey Chris- I think YouTube permanently disabled my account because I had News clips that I'd downloaded from the "Crook and Liars" website; they said in a vague e-mail that I had violated YouTube's "Terms of Use". These clips included duly elected politicians and clips from MSNBC's Countdown with Keith Olbermann, as well as stuff from C-SPAN, all of which was public domain stuff. YouTube has had a crackdown on anything that isn't entirely user created.

I like the video, but, theres a difference between what we find in life thats meaningful,as in family, friends, job etc.. and finding an actual meaning to life, is there a purpose to life, beyond what we give it.

So true, speaking for myself, I think it's an ongoing search for meaning. I find that what gives my life meaning, changes as life changes; but you're talking about something like the ultimate meaning of life. I wish that I was smart enough to know and answer that question. There are times, I'll admit, when I lose hope and it all seems to be meaningless. It's impossible to live that way, so I always find something to focus on, to re-establish my hope and battle on.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, even if I disagree with it. I do have a question though, exactly how am I "full of shit"? What point specifically is it that you disagree with? You're pathetic attempt at criticizing me, would be a lot more effective if you actually made a point, verses just resorting to moronic name calling. But hey, I'm just "full of shit", so what would I know?
