In the wake of my Rubik's Cube tutorials, I have received many requests for advice on how to solve the Rubik's cube faster. While this video does not teach any new speedsolving technique, it does give some tips on how one can take my method, and make it faster.

Turn the side so the middle corner piece is facing the edge of the bottom two sides. And use a screwdriver or some tool to pull the middle piece out.

I have a way to fill the conrner pieces (only at the beggining) faster IT ONLY WORKS WHEN THE PIECE YOU WANT TO PUT UP IN THE FIRST FACE YOU ARE SOLVING IS !!directly!! below (that means that if u do Rigth it would go to its place (obviously movin the center piece) When your corner in that position,just do Di Ri D R :) im afraid the explanation sucks but it works if u manage to understand xD

Thanks man very much,I managed to do it in 1:42:38 which for me is the greatest thing ever,And now I am doing my speech on it in class in Nz .Thanks again.

maybe im not recommending it but the oil might leak out and your stickers can get messed up

getting the jelly out of the container? just stick your finger in and whip with a paper towel or something. if you are saying getting the jelly out of the cube, i find that difficult.

is ur cube an official rubik's cube? i had one from the market which broke in the same way as yours has so I got an official cube and tried it. it hasn't broken so i think its the cube. hope this helps.

petroleum jelly? i've read on cubing sites that it will damage the plastic in your cube after a few years (i know petroleum disintegrates latex). every single cubing site i've been to recommends spray-on silicone lubricant that can be found in the auto department of walmart.
