Takkyu Ishino is a member of the comedy (pythonesque) Japanese tekno pop band DENKI GROOVE. (Denki = electricity). They are very famous in Japan & on TV regularly. He has remixed western artists too eg. Jean Michel Jarre. I've met him a few times. Good sense of humour.
