While Goku rests in the healing chamber Gohan, Krillan, and Dende gather the Dragonballs and wish back Piccolo to planet namek. Piccolo fuses with Nail to increase his power level. Now he has enough strength to take on Frieza. The battle hits off well with Piccolo taking the lead but Frieza transforms his power level. Piccolo is bombbarded with energy beams and is defeated. Vegeta is convinced he has become a super saiyan so he comfronts Frieza. Vegeta is easily beaten and on the verge of death from his brutal beating until Goku steps in once again.
