I totally agree I'm also from 1994, I often hope that I would have been born in the 70s or sometyhing

lol im another poor 90's child who grew up in the wrong era. would have loved to be my current age (18) back in the 70's :(
It's true the 70's ... ( 1 week ago by utubnxxx)
It's true the 70's were good for music but you should realise that with the technology available to you today you have the chance to take what Led Zeppelin did to another level. Todays music is lacking passion but it's good to see you "kids" can see the difference which means there is hope for the future. Don't dwell too much on the past . Make YOUR time a special time. End of Daddy's lecture!
ty utubnxxx but i ... ( 1 week ago by ustanimo)
ty utubnxxx but i dont agree with u...the best example are GNR..look at the old band and the new 1. Just look at any old and new band... i think that that passion in music is gone :( the more we use technology in music the more it becomes robotic, with no feelings in it...just look at everything today, just profit no more playing sport just for fun, or having a band just because u like music...every1 is looking how 2 get money and until that changes there will be no passion in our lives :((
I'm not sure... ... ( 1 week ago by hitherto73)
I'm not sure... People like PJ Harvey compose and play with passion, not for money. There's still hope ! :)
Ok be miserable ... ( 1 week ago by utubnxxx)
Ok be miserable then. Maybe music doesn't matter anymore. Maybe driving round in big black cars and 4x4s is what's cool now. I'm not your babysitter.I don't give a toss.
Sorry that was a ... ( 1 week ago by utubnxxx)
Sorry that was a bit cruel. I get pissed off with it all too. I don't know what the answer is.
No mobile phone, ... ( 1 week ago by hitherto73)
No mobile phone, then, no internet, no video games, no MTV, just pay phones, vinyl records bought in small creepy shops, girls without bra, undedicated to fashion : how would you have survived ?... Just kidding : we needed none of these technological stuffs. Girls without bra were enough ! :)

I was in my teens ... ( 1 week ago by cryosurgeon)
I was in my teens throughout the 1970's. My weekends consisted of: Varsity game nights on Fridays followed dances in the High School Cafeteria (of course, it was decorated for the occasion with the obligatory light out.). Led Zeppelin, Bowie, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, BTO, Genesis, etc all played loudly. Saturday nights were reserved for John Belushi & SNL, thank you.
BTW, with all that ... ( 1 week ago by cryosurgeon)
BTW, with all that high energy rock, the only way to hold your girlfriend while dancing was to bring in Barry Manilow, believe it or not. Surprisingly, all the good looking girls always adored Barry. I know it's blasphemy to mention his name in the context of Led Zeppelin. Forgive me in advance.
Sure Led Zeppelin's ... ( 1 week ago by hitherto73)
Sure Led Zeppelin's music was not made for romantic and erotic purposes ! :)
You're right. Vinyl ... ( 1 week ago by hitherto73)
You're right. Vinyl records and large sleeves built a truly different and more sensual relationship with the music (but a fading one, as scratches and time passed by !:)
Chicago and If you ... ( 1 week ago by utubnxxx)
Chicago and If you leave me now. It's a popular myth that the lead singer shot himself. I actually scanned his brain and made him shoot himself because I had to watch all the other guys having all the fun time after time. Sorry but it was either him or me.
Sure, it's true, I ... ( 1 week ago by cryosurgeon)
Sure, it's true, I confess: I was a teenager throughout the 1970's; I listened to Led Zeppelin with great appreciation for their vibe & hard pounding rhythm, most masterfully performed I might add; the heart of my confession is that neither myself nor my friends could ever name one of the band members names; we were told that noone was supposed to know or care to know their names...it was sufficient to just know it was Led Zeppelin...and supposedly that's the way the band wanted it. led z BEST.
Believe it or not, ... ( 1 week ago by cryosurgeon)
Believe it or not, back in the 1970's me & my friends knew that when we were listening to Led Zeppelin, indeed, we were listening to the pinnacle of achievement, the zenith, the highest form of rock & roll THEN & NOW & FOREVER BE. They could literally blow the top off any roofed stadium they played. No 80's, 90's, or 2000's band could ever come close to the great Led Zeppelin. Now get out of here, go play tiddly winks or somethin'...you heard me...now.
i came to earth in ... ( 1 week ago by drummmernick)
i came to earth in 1990 and like in 1970 and its sad. buuuuttttttt.....there are plenty of fantastic modern bands and artists that rock as hard and original as Zep did. case in point: Jack White...that guy is the closest thing we have to Led-Zeppelin nowadays.
Very close .... ... ( 1 week ago by utubnxxx)
Very close .... except that nobody's ever heard of them , him or whatever it is.
Jack White.... ... ( 1 week ago by rythien)
Jack White.... White Stripes? Yeah he's right they're pretty decent.

Proof, as if you needed any, that nobody can ever touch Zeppelin. Led now and forever more.
