Your body goes into survival mode when you starve yourself which means that even if you are still over weight your body uses all of its resources to store body fat at the expense of your organs that keep you alive, your organs get smaller and unhealthy while you loose body fat very very slowly until your organs can no longer function and you die! My advice is to eat little but often buy some beans, bread and cheese and have that in the morning as that is the cheapest and most balanced diet Iknow

and that made her stop being anorexic.

is look for that extreamly cheap meal that healthy. but ya.

I really don't think you need to lose anymore weight, but perhaps reproportion your weight according to your ideal body type. For instance, you are obviously not happy with your core... so try doing strictly core exercises to strengthen that area.

Also, I don't think you're anorexic... anyone can be anorexic, anyone can fit into the general defination if they try. I understand financial difficulties, b/c My husband and I are there. But, I'm pregnant so I have to eat. I suggested before, buying Ramen... It may not be the greatest tasting or the best for you... but it will fill your tummy.

Also, I buy the box dinners for my family. They run $3-$6 each and they're complete meals. You bake them and they have a lot of different kinds that are really delicious. The ones I get are made by Betty Crocker and Banquet (My favorite is Pizza Pasta), and they're usually found near the Shells n' Cheese at your local Wal-Mart.

WOW!. 140lbs... well that not very realistic. You need to eat a bit and get some exercise, nothing wrong with a little tone. You're probably losing a lot of muscle mass at the same time as fat, using weight as a measure of fat or not isn't helping you, muscle weight more in mass as fat. Its a vicious cycle because that muscle helps you burn fat. I have same problem you have its a pain in the ass, but you might be surprised how a walk around the area can brighten your mood. Even if it is Dallas.

I'm still debating how bad anorexia is for males. Unless you are a complete ectomorph, the male body must hold onto a certain portion of muscle mass. I think what happens though is if you had lost your weight in a healthy way, 170 you would be lean with dense muscles and feel fit/thin enough. I am 5'8 as well and remember reading that 165 is the lowest weight I should be to still be healthy, so be careful.

According to the ur mass index ur 25.8 wich means that u r overweight, 25 would be normal, but as I can see u look a bit heavier than that, cause you lost weight becuase of not eating not by excercising, so ur percentage of fat must be high, no matter how much pounds u lose u will look heavier if u dont work out.

What about going to a food bank, getting public assistant that's what they are there for. I think your BIGGEST problem is that you have low self esteem and you cover it up by trying to be "witty", "intelligent". This is youtube not your life man. Stop being so caught up in what people have to post. Trying to live up to others perspective of what you should be is a fucking train wreck waiting to happen. You are who you are but if you aren't confident others will see it and ATTACK it. Be blessed
