these are really easy to make. 1 cut a circle out of a index card. 2 put a nail through a eraser to hold it. 3 put fuse around index card then tape then light easy

san francisco you can buy them. I'm from canada. I went there last year as I go there pretty often. There was a guy there who was selling throwable snaps "under the counter". I bought some of those... and.... a few of these.

60 cents a foot is about how much it costs to get 1/8 visco which is just perfect for this. Cheaper if you order from skylighter etc but they're getting stingy about who they ship to.
You only need about 6 inches.
