In this video you will see the effects of Child Abuse.The First two years of her life Kelsey was a Healthy,Happy Baby.The effects of 9 months of abuse took it's toll on her little body.Kelsey deteriorated,she lost weight,her hair fell out,she had countless bruises from head to toe,a clavicle fracture and two broken Legs.Abuse that would later claim her life.Kelsey's little body couldn't survive the last fatal blow as she was struck in her abdomen on October 11,2005,in Meeker,Oklahoma.The Autopsy later revealed Kelsey had blunt force trauma to her private parts.Her upper lip was torn,she had bruises from the top of her head to the bottom of her little feet.Her baby toenail had been ripped off.
Kelsey's father was on his way home from Iraq.Lance had been fighting for our freedom meanwhile no one was protecting his little girl back at home.
Lance's mother,Kathie Briggs tried to get help from the courts and DHS regarding the abuse of her beloved grandaughter Kelsey, but it fell on deaf ears.
Kelsey was sentenced to death on June 15,2005 when Judge Craig Key sent Kelsey back home.The judge stated "Kelsey's abuser is unknown".
