wow. I've seen a few difference versions of this story, and this one takes it.
I really hope you guys have submitted this into some film festivals, beacause you have talent. Keep doing what your doing, because it would be a shame to waste that kind of talent.

This was done very well using the limited resources that you had. The only things I noticed was that the modern keblar helmets were used as german helmets instead of the real real ones, but it was cleverly disguised and not many people will notice. I think the battle scenes were very well done. The sound effects were great. The only other thing I noticed is that some of the characters who were casted appeared to be way too young. But other than that, great job.

That's what you think... no the german part of it was kind of a joke while we were making it. The guy who played the German soldier is actually German - he lives in Berlin. So the language was available, but Ich Liebe Dich made it pretty easy to remember the lines :)

Well done and interesting adaption. There's little details that could be nitpicked, but that's mostly because you probably didn't really have a budget to buy more authentic looking gear.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. Our budget was essentially zero - the outfits were pieced together with anything we could find. The helmets, one of the guns, and one of the uniforms were all WWII era, but everything else was pretty much dickies work shirts :)

That's awesome dude. I read that in high school and then saw the movie years ago and thought it was a brilliant story. I really like your take on it here. The way you did your ending was good and I like your cutting style. Also nice how you cut away at the gun shots to show it without having to see it, which I think adds to the depth of the scene. Good stuff dude. =)
