An original interpretation - pity it serves a mood rather than the song.
I especially like the 'lonely rivers' section; most singers gloss over this. But she misses the climax 'I NEED your love'.

While the original Righteous Bros. is of course beautiful, the beauty and significance of the lyrics are sometimes lost amidst the rather spectacular high notes. I like that this version allows for greater appreciation of the words sung.
