It is the 3.2 I6 Diesel engine.
There is no 3.0 V6 diesel for the W220 S Class,which is in the video. I think you must have mistaken this with the W221 S320 CDi,which is using a 3.0 V6 diesel and has more power because of technology advances(obviously).
