when david letterman returned to t.v. after his heart surgery, huge stars lined up to visit him on his show. tom hanks, julia roberts (who held and squeezed his hand the whole time, so happy to see he was ok) and the new york philharmonic, yes, the whole philharmonic filled his small stage and did a slightly abbreviated version of this piece. i recorded it, bad quality or i'd post it, but still, a favorite in my collection.
