BTW, I put the chicken on the stand-up cooker thingy in a dish wide enough so that the pears would sit in the chicken juices as it was cookin'. It was very tasty. Next I'm gonna try leavin out the stand-up cooker thingy (ovbiously I have no idea what that contraption is called)and then maybe stuff the chicken with cubed pears.
