I suppose in the english language there is a lot of room for emotive variations of words with the same meaning. Gumption might be the word that holds most positive connotations and means the same as bold, perhaps impertinence is the opposite. Audacity can be either, but considering the way he acts it is most certainly a bad thing.

Dawkins is infinitely more articulate, and that is, I think, a reflection of his argument's merits in light of O'Reilly's. The idea of 'true for me' seems quite ridiculous, I'd have to agree with other posters that the famous quote by Pope Benedict that 'truth is not subject to majority opinion' rings true.

O'Reilly's attempt to play the 'numbers game' with the deaths of people at the hands of atheists seems quite fallacious, no-one disputes that Hitler, Stalin and Mao killed many people, but no-one disputes that the crusades or the spanish inquisition killed many also - it's not the numbers that matter in terms of moral weight but the act and the purpose of that act.
