Actually, the research on this is quite clear. The death penalty is a STRONG deterrent against others who would commit murder. For every murdering scumbag brought to this ultimate justice, hundreds of victims are saved.

Yes, killing more kids will solve our gang problems. Let a few kids fry or get lethally injected and all the murders and counterattacks will fade away, they will all rejoice.
Who ever made this video knows little (or feigns knowing little) about gangs. A harsher death penalty will only increase violence.
Killing kids will not bring peace to our streets.
Note: I use the word kids because most gang members are 11 -- 15 years old, thus legally are still children.
