Not so fast Pearl1729. It is true that Sanjay Bhansali has made Ash look radiantly beautiful (in an opulent, Marwari, wet-dream sort of way!) in Devdas and HDDCS. But I found her equally, if not MORE, beautiful in Rituparno Ghosh's Raincoat, and especially in Mani Ratnam's Guru. In fact, no less an authority than the great Gulzar has been noted as saying that Ash never ever looked more lovely and beautiful than in Guru.

Well, we'll have to agree to disagree on Ash's acting abilities. I found her acting in Guru to be very well fine-tuned to the role, brilliant, and perfect. Kudos to her and the director, Mani Ratnam! :-)

I really wish that Aishwarya would come on Koffee with Karan again, this is the only time that she has come on the show and it's a shame. She should definitely come a second time. I wish Karan would invite her to come with Abhishek, or I wish she would come as a family with Abhi, Amitabh and Jaya or something. It would be really cute and fun or it's been a while that Aishwarya has been seen with Shah Rukh and they make a fantastic pair so Karan should also invite her with Shah Rukh too.
