I can understand what you see...I am in "competiton" shape here which requires you to have a very low BF.

I do eat...about 1500-1800 calories per day when dieting. I am constantly eating throughout the day so please do not worry about me ;-)))

ok.....from watching this vid, I didnt get that you competed. and I can appreciate the extreme low levels of bodyfat, I am trying to get there myself. at 5'8, I am trying to be around 180 competition weight..and start taking supplements from there if you know what I mean. If you dont mind constructive criticism from an eye that is into this stuff too, I just really think another 10 pounds of muscle thickness could enhance your appearance

Much Love and respect From Phoenix AZ, big fan here and love what you do, i been trying to get in shape and i started a diet of no more then 2000 calories a day... (between 1600 and 2000) and lots of exercise like running , weight lifting and general cardio and lost 15lbs in less then a month (im 250lbs now) but i started to feel sick and had to stop... any advice or idea why that is? i been taking it slow now but i don't see any changes in my weight :-(

Advice..well I do not know enough to determine why you are feeling sick but I do know there could be numerous factors from genetics to what you eat. I would first start by getting a good "checkup" with your doctor if you have not. Many people have abnormal hormones levels which can greatly affect your ability to lose weight.
If okay physically, then I would look at your nutrition and exercise plan and change it up to achieve better results. I suggest hiring a PT who can be with you one on one.

I exercise about 4-5 times/week for about an hour to 1.5 hrs. I really do not spend as much time as you think. I try to utilize my time at the gym and not spend time socializing which can kill a workout sometimes.

Those with anorexia are sadly killing themselves to death.
Smart nutrition and habits are the only way that I can maintain my muscle mass.
I am very lean because I do compete in figure competitions. I do not stay this lean all year around.
When I am not competing, I do gain 10 or so more pounds than seen in this video.
I prefer grilled chicken over hamburgers anyway ;-)
