No he did not steal from the Russian's he had a much better target in mind, he stole from the American Public by TAXING your savings! Because according to him YOUR savings count as government INCOME. What news are you listening to CommunistBS,CommunistNN. My dad started his career during the Reagan presidency. There were no jobs until Reagan became President. Reaganomics works. He brought down the USSR,the berlin wall and ended the arms race by making the American millitary strong and holding on to American values that allow you to post your ignorant comments.
