I'm not downing ballroom style samba, but to me as a professional samba dancer there is nothing in the world that brings the kind of joy and freedom that I get when dancing Brazilian samba..Although I would still try this workout even if only for the music and exercise aspect--because it is only that--an exercise video. Sometimes we just have to take things just for what they are.
