stick with the 4. ive played on both and the 5 only restricts my range and makes my tone brighter. besides, lindberg plays on a 4.

Christian is my idol i think, and it's so fun that he's from the same country as me, it makes it more possible to meet him and if i'm lucky have the chanse to play with him=)

seriously, Lindberg is the world's GREATEST trombone player. great techniques and sound. the sound is just phenomenal. you can't describe it. i've been following his techniques for two years, but i still don't have the power and the sound as him. :(

i think michel becquet is very better than christian lindberg ! lindberg have a great techniq but he is not very musical, and his song is not formidable !

Lindberg is the greatest, he has done more than 70 CDs, and he not only have great technique, his musicality is incredible, just listen to songs for sunset for instance!!

Lindberg is more musical than any trombone player i've ever heard. I wouldn't persecute mawagashy cause we all have different opinions about musicians. Listen to him play Csardas on youtube. He comes up with his own ideas on how to entertain the audiance using his own unique ideas. It's not about whose better but on whose style you perfer. I perfer Lindberg.

Though I agree on the fact that I think Michel Becquet is better,I have to say that Lindberg not being musical is quite wrong. Lindberg is very musical. It's just that he wants to entertain his audience, the rest comes after. And I think he has a point in that.
