Alma is a 20 year old woman or so. Who's been locked away and died for years and then loads of other weird stuff happening to her all by her father. She was telepathic, the little girl is an image she creates. So yeah, both alma, but the naked woman is alma in her physical form. Then all the weird ghosts things you see are the her nightmares that attacked her for 6 years or so whilst she was locked in a human through her childhood. So yeah. In a nutshell ;D
